Article 1 — Subject
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the SELLER and the BUYER regarding the purchase of digital services, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and distance contracts regulations.
Article 2 — Service Description
The services covered by this agreement include social media management, digital content production, advertising film production, web design, and AI-powered content creation. The scope, fee and delivery schedule of each service are determined separately at the start of each project.
Article 3 — Payment
Service fees are collected according to the payment plan specified in the project agreement. Payments are processed securely through the iyzico payment infrastructure. All prices include VAT.
Article 4 — Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of the conclusion of the service agreement without giving any reason. However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once service delivery has commenced with the BUYER's consent.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice to info@clubbymedia.com is sufficient.
Article 5 — Obligations
SELLER's obligations: To deliver the service within the scope and timeline specified in the agreement and to carry out requested revisions within the agreed framework.
BUYER's obligations: To provide the necessary content, information and approvals in a timely manner and to make payments according to the agreed schedule.
Article 6 — Confidentiality
The parties undertake not to share confidential information obtained under this agreement with third parties and to use it only for the purposes of the agreement.
Article 7 — Dispute Resolution
Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorised for disputes arising from this agreement. Consumer disputes may be referred to the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committee.
Article 8 — Effectiveness
This agreement enters into force upon approval by the BUYER at the payment step.
